Eileen Lewis, media manager at Marketing Counselors Limited, is presented with an award by Jamaica Observer Managing Director Danville Walker after her company was named top agency during the newspaper's Advertising and Billing Awards 2015 at its Beechwood Avenue, Kingston, headquarters last evening.
