JAMAICA Observer online readers say they are not surprised at the declaration by the Southern Regional Health Authority (SHRA) that it had no knowledge that a shortage of pathologists in the region was badly affecting police investigations. It was revealed in the Observer lead story yesterday that currently there is only one pathologist serving the parishes of St Elizabeth, Manchester and Clarendon, for which SHRA has responsibility.
