PORT OF SPAIN, Trinidad (CMC) — Dr Shelly-Anne Lalchan has resigned as a member of the five-member Integrity Commission less than 24 hours after it announced that it would discontinue probing allegations that Prime Minister Kamla Persad-Bissessar and senior ministers of her government were involved in an attempt to undermine several state institutions, including the judiciary.
