A total of $159.8 million was allocated to Parish Councils and the Kingston and St Andrew Corporation (KSAC), to carry out various infrastructure works under Phase Four of the Jamaica Emergency Employment Programme (JEEP), most of which are completed or nearing completion, according to Minister of Transport, Works and Housing Dr Omar Davies.
