KINGSTON, Jamaica – Detectives attached to the Counter Terrorism and Organised Crime Investigation Branch (C-TOC), in collaboration with detectives from St Catherine North Proactive Investigation Unit (PIU), have arrested and charged three people under the Criminal Justice Suppression of Criminal Organisation Act 2014 and the Anti-gang Act.
