KINGSTON, Jamaica – Assistant Commissioner of Police Leon Rose today told the Tivoli Commission of Enquiry that criminal elements, related to Christopher ‘Dudus’ Coke, mounted roadblocks across the Corporate Area and St Catherine to prevent movement of the police.
