ROSEAU, Dominica (CMC) –Magistrate Bernard Pacquette Monday slapped an EC$50,000 (One EC dollar =US$0.37 cents) fine each on two men who pleaded guilty to a charge of supply of cocaine after police seized 66,000 grams of the illegal drug with a street value of EC$1.7 million last week.
