Guyana opposition plans boycott of new parliament session

GEORGETOWN, Guyana (CMC) — President David Granger will address the ceremonial opening of the new Guyana Parliament following last month's regional and general elections, but the event is likely to be boycotted by the new opposition People's Progressive Party Civic (PPP/C).
