Contrary to a report in the Jamaica Observer on Tuesday, June 16, the Corporate Area Resident Magistrate's Court is yet to make a decision on whether or not to offer bail to Constable Robert Roach, who is on ganja-related charges. The matter is expected to be determined tommorow. We regret the error.
