Diaspora conference one of real substance, participants say
ROSE HALL, St James -- It was a $50 million spend by Government to stage the recently concluded Sixth Biennial Jamaica Diaspora Conference in Rose Hall, St James, but members of the Diaspora agree that the event which was the largest ever, was one of real substance and not an exercise of empty rhetoric.
