For their selfless services, Dr Marcia Barnes who has provided dental services free of charge to the staff at the Best Care Home since 2008 and Attorney John Leiba, (third from left) who has provided free legal services to the home since 1993, were presented with awards symbolising their contribution, at Saturday night's Annual Gala Dinner at the Jamaica Pegasus Hotel in New Kingston. The presentations were made by Orville Johnson (left), chairman of the Best Care Foundation and Earl Samuels, assistant general manager of Jamaica National Building Society. The foundation is trying to raise $19.9 million for the care of the children and operation of the home. (Photos: Joseph Wellington)
