Retired army man says residents may have started Tivoli fires
A retired Jamaica Defence Force (JDF) officer yesterday that he saw no evidence that buildings were destroyed inside Tivoli Gardens due to the use of mortar fire and suggested that people within the community may have started the fires that razed several buildings.
