PAULA Llewellyn wasn't in Jamaica when the justice ministry announced last Thursday that the daily stipend for jurors had been increased from $500 to $2,000. However, she told Rotarians at the Jamaica Pegasus Hotel on Saturday night that when she read the report online, she breathed a sigh of relief.
