American actress Victoria Rowell, who played Drucilla Winters in the long-running soap The Young and The Restless, is welcomed to the Jamaica Observer by Managing Director Danville Walker yesterday afternoon. Rowell, who arrived in the island on Sunday, is here to trace her Jamaican roots, further her advocacy for humanitarian projects and philanthropy and to have discussions with the Government regarding procuring jobs in entertainment and possibly producing a local film.
