PORT ANTONIO, Portland — Water from a broken National Water Commission main goes to waste yesterday on Red Hassle Road in Portland. A section of the road, which was recently repaired, was damaged by the water. The Water Commission has asked Jamaicans to conserve because of the prolonged dry season affecting the island.
