MONTEGO BAY, St James -- In the wake of the recent surge of murders reported in St James, the Montego Bay Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MBCCI) has reached out to the University of the West Indies (UWI) to assist with conducting a study with a view to pinpointing the best suited police strategies to be employed in some of the crime plagued, inner-city communities in the parish.
