Commissioner promises ‘fleet management system’ as JCF gets 10 new vehicl
KINGSTON, Jamaica – Police Commissioner Dr Carl Williams yesterday promised a ‘fleet management system’ as the Jamaica Constabulary Force (JCF) was outfitted with 10 new vehicles courtesy of the Tourism Ministry through its Tourism Enhancement Fund (TEF).
