The University of Technology, Jamaica, showcased a number of student and faculty inventions at the 63rd Denbigh Agricultural, Industrial and Food Show in Clarendon over the Emancipation weekend this year. Among them were a breadfruit roaster, a temperature regulator for chicken coops, a solar data recorder, and cosmetics made from all-natural ingredients.
