THE National Water Commission says that while every effort is being made to sustain water supplies to its customers amidst the prolonged dry period, its efforts are being thwarted by criminal elements who over the weekend removed electrical cables from the Forest Hills Water Supply System in St Andrew and the recently re-commissioned Government Park Well in St Catherine.
