HAVING to work under harsh conditions in a wholesale to earn money for high school one summer was the game changer for Nickiesha Meeks-Ormsby who turned her life around from that of a troubled teen growing up in the tough inner city of Marverley in St Andrew to become a teacher and one of the youngest branch managers at an insurance company in western Jamaica.
