KINGSTON, Jamaica — The Meteorological Service (Met) of Jamaica says at 4:00 pm the centre of Tropical Storm Erika was located near Latitude 17.9 degrees north and Longitude 71.2 degrees west or about 155 kilometres west-southwest of Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.
