PORT OF SPAIN, Trinidad (CMC) – The people of Trinidad and Tobago are today voting for a new government following what the chairman of the Elections and Boundaries Commission termed the “most brutish, acrimonious, rampageous and vitriolic” campaign he has ever witnessed.
