MONTEGO BAY, St James -- Former Jamaica Labour Party (JLP) councillor and mayor of Montego Bay Noel Donaldson was elected unopposed to the post of chairman of the People's National Party (PNP) St James East Central constituency at the party's constituency conference held Sunday at the Dumfries Community Centre.
