Vendors trick KSAC, photo IDs now being issued

KINGSTON, Jamaica — The Kingston and St Andrew Corporation (KSAC) has begun to issue photo identification to vendors who have paid the $3,000 registration fee, after it was discovered that some unregistered vendors in the Pearnel Charles Arcade in downtown Kingston had tricked the KSAC into believing that they were registered.
