Buchanan: Water restrictions still in place despite rainfall
KINGSTON, Jamaica – Charles Buchanan, corporate public relations manager at the National Water Commission (NWC) says despite a series of rainfall recently, there has been no significant improvement at water catchment facilities serving the Corporate Area.
