Miss Kingston and St Andrew Festival Queen encourages students at Vauxhall High

KINGSTON, Jamaica – Michelle Thomas, Miss Kingston and St Andrew Festival Queen and 2nd Runner Up in the National Festival Queen Competition visited Vauxhall High School on Tuesday to encourage students in the eighth grade. This was one of her initiatives- to empower students within her parish.
