KINGSTON, Jamaica – Jamaica Labour Party (JLP) caretaker for South West St Elizabeth Floyd Green has expressed grave concern that students on the Government-administrated PATH programme at the Black River High School in St Elizabeth are being charged for the provision of lunches.
