AN announcement of the scheduled visit of British Prime Minister David Cameron to Jamaica next week has triggered speculations as to the purpose of the trip among Jamaica Observer online readers. Some have even greeted the announcement with cynicism, saying that Cameron's visit could result in the much needed improvement of some of the islands roads as happened during the visit of United States President Barak Obama earlier this year.
