KINGSTON, Jamaica — Opposition spokesman on foreign affairs and foreign Trade, Edmund Bartlett, is urging the Government to use talks with British Prime Minister David Cameron to advance Jamaica's strategic interests and to strengthen the country’s relationship with the United Kingdom (UK).
