ST JAMES, Jamaica — People’s National Party (PNP) Councillor for the Salt Spring Division Syilvan Reid and another party activist, Don Brownie, were today charged with assault following a fracas at the Farm Heights Community Centre, where PNP delegates are voting for a standard bearer in the St James Central constituency.
