KINGSTON, Jamaica – Following repeated complaints from vendors about the unsavoury state of the Papine Market in St Andrew, Jamaica Labour Party caretaker for St Andrew Eastern Fayval Williams has called on the Kingston and St Andrew Corporation (KSAC) to improve the conditions at the market.
