DONOVAN Walker, president of the Jamaican Bar Association, one of several organisations to recently come out in support of the Caribbean Court of Justice (CCJ) becoming Jamaica's final appellate court, used the platform of the recently held Mona Law Institutes Unit Faculty of Law open public forum last Friday to outline the reasons for the association's change of heart.
