OUR was not informed of changes made to OUR Act in Parliament
KINGSTON, Jamaica — The Office of Utilities Regulation (OUR) in a release to the media said that it was not apprised of the contents of the Bill which has been passed by both Houses of Parliament establishing a new government framework for the agency.
