PORT OF SPAIN, Trinidad (CMC) – Police said that the severed head of a man that was found in a rubbish dump earlier this week, belonged to a 35-year-old insurance company employee, whose body was found wrapped in an abandoned luxury vehicle on the outskirts of the capital.
