IN celebration of 40 years of diplomatic relations between Jamaica and Russia, 10 outstanding Jamaicans who have studied in Eastern Europe will be awarded by the Eastern European Graduates Association (EEGA) for significant contribution to national development at a fund-raising and awards ceremony to be held in December at the Mona Visitor's Lodge in St Andrew.
