Houston voters reject civil rights measure for LGBT community
AUSTIN, Texas (Reuters) - Voters in Houston, the fourth most populous U.S. city, rejected a measure that have would banned discrimination based on gender identity and sexual orientation, protections not guaranteed under Texas law.
