POLLSTER Don Anderson said yesterday that 43 to 46 per cent of Jamaicans have consistently shunned the voting process and that neither the Jamaica Labour Party (JLP) nor the People's National Party (PNP) is making the kind of concerted effort that is required to change the minds of those disinterested voters.
