The Caribbean Maritime Institute benefited from the social outreach efforts of the United States Naval War College last Monday, when Professor Larry McCabe from the College's National Security Affairs Department visited Jamaica. He conducted a lecture session with officers and cadets from the CMI's School of Marine and Professional Studies, presenting on a wide range of maritime strategic security issues -- focusing on maritime security strategy in the Americas. Here, McCabe addresses the senior officers and cadets during last week's session.
