Millions of gallons of water from this broken main on Spanish Town Road, near Three Miles, are literally going down the drain. Residents and business operators in the vicinity told the Jamaica Observer yesterday that they have been grappling with the problem for more than two months, despite pleas to the National Water Commission to correct the problem.
