KINGSTON, Jamaica — Opposition spokesperson on health, Senator Marlene Malahoo Forte today called on Health Minister Horace Dalley to reconstitute the board of the South East Regional Health Authority (SERHA), and in particular, to appoint a new chairman to replace Dr Andrei Cooke.
