KINGSTON, Jamaica – With the Christmas season approaching, the National Water Commission (NWC) is reminding its customers to be on the look-out for unscrupulous individuals who may pose either as NWC employees, bill collectors acting on behalf of the NWC or offering to provide services that would prevent them from being disconnected by the commission for arrears.
