George Nelson is ecstatic as he celebrates being the first winner of the new Win Dem Wheelz raffle, while the game's promoter, Peter Hippell, managing director, Raffprom Ltd, looks on, at ATL Automotive yesterday. Nelson chose a VW Jetta in keeping with the raffle's offer of a choice between that car and a Honda City to each week's winner. Tickets for the game, which will run for a year, cost $100 each.
