Magistrate frustrated with delay of cybercrime reports

SENIOR Resident Magistrate (SRM) Judith Pusey, frustrated with the constant delays in a number of cases before the Corporate Area Resident Magistrate's Court because of outstanding cybercrime reports, on Tuesday urged the Jamaica Constabulary Force to adequately equip the Communications Forensics and Cybercrime Unit (CFCU) with the tools to do the job or close down the department.
