Tivoli Enquiry: JDF Major insists mortars did no damage
KINGSTON, Jamaica –Jamaica Defence Force (JDF) mortar officer Major Warrenton Dixon told the Tivoli Enquiry today that mortars used during the May 2010 operation to couldn't create the hole in the wall that residents said were created by a "bomb".
