TURO, Westmoreland – Norman Stewart, otherwise called ‘Kiro’ and ‘Bush Doctor’, who was being sought by the Westmoreland Police in connection with the death of his two-year-old grandson Deandre Vanhorne, has turned himself in to the police. Deandre perished in a fire in Turo on Monday night.
