DBJ paid $3.4M for incomplete consultancy on $2.5B jobs funding programme*

The Development Bank of Jamaica (DBJ) wasted an additional $3.4 million last year on consultancy, trying to determine the impact of a $2.5-billion programme which has so far failed to deliver on projects to create over 10,000 jobs in the information and communications technology (ICT)/ business process outsourcing (BPO) sectors.
