2015 a most fulfilling year for Caricom — La Rocque

GEORGETOWN, Guyana (CMC) — Caribbean Community (Caricom) Secretary general Irwin La Rocque on Tuesday described 2015 as a “a most fulfilling” one for the regional integration movement, saying “the progress that we have made on many fronts has been due to our acting in concert to secure the best option for our community”.
