KINGSTON, Jamaica – The Jamaica Urban Transit Company (JUTC) has commended the Jamaica Constabulary Force for the quick arrest and charge of those accused of the murder of bus driver Albert Barnes, who was shot dead while on duty in August Town, St Andrew, on December 29, 2015.
