Q. I scheduled a nonimmigrant visa interview appointment for what I thought would be a convenient day next month, but I have just found out that I must schedule a medical exam on the same day. I don’t want to miss my appointment, but the doctor’s office has no flexibility. What can I do about my visa interview appointment? Is there someone I can call or email?
