Bunting withdraws Privy Council challenge in Curacao man’s case
SECURITY Minister Peter Bunting yesterday abandoned his effort to challenge in the Privy Council a lost court battle to Shurendy Quant, the Curacao national whose deportation he approved despite a court order that he should remain in the island.
